Stuart joined Greens General Foods as a Non-Executive Director in 2012. Stuart is a strategy and finance professional with over 20 years experience in chartered accounting and investment banking. Stuart is a professional Non-Executive Director and independent corporate advisor, assisting clients in relation to strategy, M&A, financing (debt and equity) and risk management. Stuart is a Non-Executive Director of Opteon Property Group and Australian Affordable Housing Securities Limited.

Matthew has been with Green's since 2005. Before his appointment to the role of General Manager in early 2008 he led the Logistics and Supply Chain functions. Prior to Green's, he worked in retail including 5 years at ALDI during their startup in Australia and several years within the Theo's Liquor Group. His customer focus and operational background ensure the effective coordination of Green's activities.




Wayne joins Greens with over 25 years working in the FMCG sector and has held Senior Sales, Marketing and GM positions with a number of leading FMCG companies including Carlton & United Breweries, National Foods and Goodman Fielder. Wayne has a strong track record of building growth orientated business relationships and has a history of driving performance improvement at both the revenue and profit levels.

Roy Brown - Chief Financial Officer

Roy qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in the UK in 1993, and has had a career spanning both hemispheres over 20 years. He joined Green's from Johnson & Johnson Pacific in 2008, and brought with him a strong track record of financial and commercial leadership in FMCG, as well as extensive M&A / transactional integration experience.

Charles joined Green's in June 2009 with 20 years of senior level sales and marketing at companies including Dairy Farmers and Kellogg's. Known for his customer-centric strategic thinking, Charles has consistently delivered results against demanding performance criteria.

Cathy Zeppieri - Marketing Director

Cathy joined Green's in October 2008. She has a career spanning 20 years in Marketing across a range of FMCG blue chips and local organisations including Unilever, Smith's Snackfoods, Westpac, Frito-Lay, Snack Brands Australia and Ferrero. Cathy has a proven track record of delivering winning marketing programmes and building strong teams and business partnerships.

Greg Ayers - Operations Director

Greg joined Green's in October 2009 after 20 years of frontline, senior and executive management roles in the manufacturing industry across both pharmaceuticals (SmithKline Beecham and Rhône-Poulenc Rorer) and FMCG (Cerebos ANZ). His broad range of technical, manufacturing, supply chain and engineering skills combined with driving a 'LEAN' approach is delivering a best in class operation at Green's.

Janet is a food industry research and development specialist with over 30 years’ experience delivering innovation across a diverse range of product categories. She has worked for Mars, Nestle and Unilever where as General Development Manager, Foods, she was responsible for delivering food and manufacturing innovations and improvements both in Australia and the SE Asian region. Prior to joining Green’s, she was the Innovations Director for the Grocery business of Goodman Fielder. This role had responsibility for a large and complex product, packaging and nutritional innovation programme including the biscuits portfolio at Carole Park.

With over 20 years of experience in FMCG, professional services and banking, Tony came to Green's in November 2009 from Bartter-Steggles. His skills in driving change, uplifting culture and performance make him a valued member of the leadership team.

Malcolm Thompson – R&D DIRECTOR

Malcolm is a proven R&D executive in the Food industry having 25 years experience with industry 'Blue Chip' organisations including Mars, PepsiCo and YUM. He has expertise in product development with a commercial focus, a track record of launching successful innovation, delivering productivity, building and leading high performing teams and significantly enhancing R&D capability across Australia and Asia.


Ramesh Rastogi


Ramesh joined Green's General Foods as CIO in April 2014. He has 20+ years of IT experience in the FMCG sector. He has worked in Pepsico, British American Tobacco and the last 14 years at Goodman Fielder where he held roles such as IT Director Supply Chain and Acting CIO. Ramesh has a strong SAP implementation background for large companies and a specialist in ERP systems merger and divestment strategies.
